If you’ve tried resetting your password but haven’t received the reset email:

1. Check your Spam or Promotions folders — sometimes it lands there.
2. If you still don’t receive it, it may be because your email address was mistyped when your account was created.

In that case, please reach out to team@kirstypartridge.com, and we’ll locate your account and make sure you can access your membership.

It begins with the Quick Start Drawing Path, which includes 4 quick, guided drawing projects to help you get your pencil moving straight away.

Below that, you’ll find a second section that shows you how the club is laid out and how to get the most out of the membership when you’re ready.

There’s no pressure to do everything at once. Start with one drawing and let the rest come later.

Almost everything inside the Level Up Art Club is self-paced and on-demand, so you can fit your learning around your own schedule. You can pause, rewind, and rewatch lessons as often as you like.

From time to time, we host live workshops. You’ll find any upcoming live sessions listed under the Meetups tab in the community.

Can’t attend live? No problem, replays are always added to the club afterwards, so you can watch anytime.

Start with what you already have! It’s more about technique and practice than having perfect materials.

Each course — Drawing Decoded and Coloured Pencil Academy — includes a detailed supply lesson in the first module.

To get the most from the lessons, you’ll want:

• Drawing paper: a sturdy, smooth paper such as Strathmore Smooth or Vellum

• Graphite pencils: a small set with a range from light to dark

• Coloured pencils: a set of at least 24 colours for variety

• Optional tools: blending stumps, erasers (regular or electric), craft knife, and solvent for coloured pencils

Even if you only have 30 minutes a week, you can still make great progress.

Here’s what to do:

• Focus on going through the core courses (Drawing Decoded and Coloured Pencil Academy) — each lesson is short and designed to fit into small pockets of time.

• Try a smaller study from the Art Class Collection instead of a larger project.

• Most importantly, aim for consistency over quantity — one short lesson each week adds up quickly.

You’ll see improvement faster than you think when you follow the guided lessons step-by-step.

You have two great options:

1. Community feedback: Share your drawing in the Critique Club thread within the community to receive kind, constructive feedback from other members and from Alice, our community manager (who is a published illustrator and a drawing expert).

2. Monthly Critique with Kirsty: Each month, you can submit one drawing for a chance to be featured in Kirsty’s video critique session. You’ll receive an email each month reminding you of the submission deadline. 👉 Click here to submit your drawing for critique!

Please include:

• A clear, well-lit photo of your drawing

• Your reference photo

• Any specific questions you’d like Kirsty to answer

Each month, Kirsty selects a range of drawings to review in her video critique.

That’s completely natural! Many members feel this way at first.

The community is an incredibly kind, supportive space — no negativity is ever allowed.

It’s a safe place to post your drawings and receive only encouragement (no critiques). Once you feel more confident, you can post in Critique Club for feedback. Remember, everyone here is learning — you’re among friends.

The community has four main areas:

1. Supportive Sharing – share your drawings for encouragement (no critiques)

2. Critique Club – post your work if you’d like honest, kind feedback

3. Introduce Yourself – say hello and meet other members

4. General Art Chat – talk about anything art-related: supplies, inspiration, tips, and more

Posting in the right area keeps everything organised and helps everyone find what they need.

If you’re having trouble posting an image, it may be because of the following:

• Make sure your image is a JPEG format
• Try and make sure it's no bigger than 5Mb - the lower the Mb, the better.
• Check your internet connection- if you have intermittent internet, it might disrupt your posting.
• Make sure your app/ browser and devices are all updated.

You can only post one comment per challenge.

When you add your comment, be sure to attach your challenge drawings and then manually click the ‘Complete’ button.

If you’d like to upload more images later, simply edit your original post instead of creating a new one.

To do this:

1. Find your original comment.

2. Click the three dots (…)

3. Choose ‘Edit’, then attach your additional images.

We’d love for you to stay, but if you decide to cancel, simply email team@kirstypartridge.com  and we’ll handle it for you.

If you cancel:

• You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.

• After that, access to all courses, projects, and the community will end.

• You’ll need to wait until the next enrollment period to rejoin.

Please note: cancelling means you’ll lose your locked-in membership rate — if the price rises in the future, you’ll rejoin at the new rate.

Please allow up to 7 days before your next billing date for your cancellation request to be processed.

We’d love to help you upgrade! Please email team@kirstypartridge.com , and we’ll assist you in switching your plan to annual. You’ll save two months each year by upgrading.

You’ll have access to all the classes, courses, and community for as long as your membership is active.

If you choose to cancel, you’ll still be able to enjoy everything until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access to the Level Up Art Club will end.

If you decide to return in the future, you’ll be very welcome to rejoin when enrolment opens again!

If you’re a monthly member, you can try the club for 7 days.
If you’re on the annual plan, you have 30 days to explore everything and make sure it’s right for you.

If you decide the club isn’t a good fit within those time frames, just let us know and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

After these periods, memberships are non-refundable, but you’ll still have full access until the end of your billing cycle.
